So, I was highly amused, and also a little dismayed, to be reminded of the lies and flip-flopping of McCain, even in election year 2000.  Apparently, we weren’t paying attention then either.  Comedy Central’s Steve Carrell got this question in that no one else appeared to be asking at the time.  Yes, an article to Huffington Post, but really a video from Comedy Central (look at how young Stewart is!  And how naturally pretty Cindy McCain looks before the plastic surgery!) 

Pork-barrel has become one of those words/phrases that I would prefer to never hear again after this campaign.  Add it to the ever-growing list (of which both sides are culpable):
