Today has been a boring day up until now - till I found out that:

• The LATimes, which hasn’t endorsed a candidate in 36 years, decided to endorse Barack Obama
• The Washington Post has endorsed Barack Obama
• The Chicago Tribune, in a move that was described as “Is that chill coming from hell?”, endorsed Barack Obama - supporting a democrat for the first time in its 161 year history.
• The Chicago Sun-Times will be endorsing Barack Obama on Sunday
• San Francisco Chronicle has endorsed Barack Obama
• The son of William F. Buckley, of the National Review, endorsed Barack Obama…and lost his job with his ancestral paper.
• The Boston Globe endorsed Barack Obama

This makes me excited about newspapers again.  I feel like picking one of each one up.   Perhaps I will.
